BADGE SYNERGY GAME GUIDE

OVERVIEW

NBA 2K27 features a brand-new Badge system called Badge Synergy.

Badge Synergy allows you to give a +1 or +2 boost to a Badge of your choice by placing it into a Fuse or Reaction slot.

HOW FUSE AND REACTION SLOTS WORK

Fuse slots are directly paired with Reaction slots. 

Badges placed into Fuse slots do not cost Tokens and will automatically receive a +1 or +2 boost, depending on how powerful the slot is. 

This effect is triggered automatically once you’ve activated your Fuse Badge a set number of times during a game. Once triggered, the Reaction Badge receives the exact same +1 or +2 boost for the rest of that game.

For example, a Gold Sync Snatcher placed into a +1 Fuse Slot will automatically become a Hall of Fame Badge. A Silver Boxout Boss Badge placed into the corresponding Reaction slot will receive the same +1 boost when Sync Snatcher is activated a certain number of times each game. 

Be sure to equip Fuse slots with Badges you use frequently to take full advantage of Synergy slot boosts. 

LEGEND BADGES AND UNLOCKS

In NBA 2K27, the only way to unlock Legend Badges is by boosting Gold Badges or Hall of Fame Badges through the Fuse and React Badge Synergy system. These are the highest possible Badge tier and take your game to the next level.

Badge Synergy slots are earned through Season rewards, Build Specialization, Crew progression, and REP.
