Learn about all of the new improvements to the The Exchange in MyTEAM in NBA 2K27, where you’ll be able to use any card in your collection to obtain powerful rewards.

THE EXCHANGE

The Exchange received a major upgrade in NBA 2K27 MyTEAM.

For the first time, you’ll be able to use almost all of your player cards in The Exchange (Free Agent cards excluded). This includes cards earned through Packs, Season Rewards, the Auction House, and Locker Codes. Everything you pull, earn, or unlock represents a new vehicle to improve your team.

Even when you complete a Collection for a Collection Reward, instead of becoming locked in, cards now become unauctionable—which means that the Exchange is still fair game.

Every Friday, the Exchange will feature three brand-new card drops, providing a constant flow of game-changing rewards. These are some of the most powerful players in MyTEAM and can be obtained by exchanging a set of cards from your collection. With the exception of Free Agent cards, any card that meets Gem tier requirements qualifies, regardless of how you unlocked it.

Now, you’ll be able to utilize your entire collection to unlock even more impactful cards. Hop on MyTEAM, hit up the Exchange, and put together the roster of your dreams.
