MyTEAM Cross-Progression enables all MyTEAM Points and progress to be shared across both versions of NBA 2K26 on generations of consoles in the same console family. Similarly, the Shared VC Wallet allows any earned or purchased VC to be accessible across generations of consoles in the same console family.
Q: How does dual entitlement work for NBA 2K26?
A: Players that purchase the digital version of the Standard Edition will receive both versions of NBA 2K26 across console generations within the same family (PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®5, or Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S). Using PlayStation®4 as an example, you will receive the PlayStation®4 version of NBA 2K26 and an accompanying digital copy of the PlayStation®5 version, which remains a separate product. For digital purchases of the Standard Edition, the accompanying digital copy will be automatically entitled to your platform account. For physical purchases of the Standard Edition, a redemption code for the accompanying digital copy will be included in the game box. Q: What is the MyTEAM Full Series 1 Team Selection?
The NBA 2K26 Superstar Edition and Leave No Doubt Edition include a selection to receive any franchise teams' full lineup of '26: Series 1 Player Cards. Locking in this collection will reward players with an Amethyst Player Card.

The NBA 2K26 Leave No Doubt Edition includes two Leave No Doubt Promo Packs, which rewards players with a Galaxy Opal Player Card in December 2025 and an Invincible Player Card in May 2026.

NBA 2K26 boasts a multitude of new content for you to earn, via the Season rewards ladder and the Season Pass. Cross progression returns in NBA 2K26 and gives you the opportunity to combine your MyCAREER and MyTEAM XP and earn coveted items from both the MyCAREER and MyTEAM progression track. Compete in a variety of formats and reap the rewards as you garner XP and continue leveling up.
This year, take advantage of additional content with two premium paid Season Pass options: Pro Pass or the Hall of Fame Pass, featuring more rewards, up to 45,000 earnable VC, XP Boosts, and Level Skips on your journey to Level 40. How you decide to spend your VC and utilize your Boosts is entirely up to you. Set your sights on Level 40 and beyond, and flaunt your collection of rewards on and off the court!
There are two Premium Season Pass options available in NBA 2K26: Pro Pass and Hall of Fame Pass. Each Season, the Pro Pass provides players with access to 40 additional earnable premium rewards. The Hall of Fame Pass includes everything in the Pro Pass, plus 10 immediate Level Skips and a 15% XP Booster that is applied throughout the Season! Play MyCAREER and/or MyTEAM to earn XP and level up to reach Level 40.

Allowing you to advance by 1 Level in a Season (Level Skips are immediately applied upon purchase. A player cannot purchase more than the total levels they have left to progress.)
