LINK YOUR NBA ID & 2K ACCOUNT
Learn how to sync your NBA ID and 2K Account and gain access to exciting redeemable rewards for NBA 2K26 as they are released throughout the year. If you also link your 2K Account to your platform account, you will have the opportunity to earn Elevated Rewards by taking part in various in-game challenges throughout the year.
STEP 1
Begin by logging into your 2K Account, or create one if you haven’t made one already. You’ll be redirected to the 2K portal to enter your information before returning to this page.
STEP 2
Continue linking your accounts by logging into your NBA ID Account, or create one if you haven’t made one yet. Click the button below to link your accounts on the NBA’s website.
STEP 3
Once you’ve completed Step 1 and Step 2, you can return to the 2K portal to connect your 2K Account to the platform account you use to play NBA 2K26. By doing so, you’ll be able to take part in various in-game challenges throughout the year to earn additional Elevated Rewards. When you’ve successfully connected your accounts, you'll see an NBA box on the Connection page.

FAQs
1. Is my 2K account the same thing as my NBA2K account?
Your NBA2K account and your 2K account are two separate accounts.
2. Does it matter which platform I play NBA2K with?
It doesn’t matter! Everyone can link their 2K and NBA ID accounts, regardless of which platform you play on.
3. How do I connect my platform account to my 2K Account?
a. On the Connections page in your 2K Account, you will see boxes for each platform. Click “Connect” for the platform account that you use to play NBA 2K26 and input your information to connect the account.
b. Linking your platform account gives you the opportunity to earn “Elevated Rewards”. Elevated Rewards grant additional in-game items as a reward for completing various in-game challenges that may be released throughout the year.
4. How do I unlink my accounts?
You can unlink your accounts from the Connections page in your 2K Account. Click the “Disconnect” button in the NBA ID box and confirm to complete the action. You can relink your accounts if you want with the same steps as above.
ELEVATED REWARDS - SEASON 3 FAQ
1. What are the Elevated Rewards for Season 3?
The Elevated Rewards for this Season are 10 games of Skill Boosts, 2x 1-hour MyCAREER XP Coins, and 2x 1-hour MyTEAM XP Coins.
2. How do I become eligible for the Season 3 Elevated Rewards?
To become eligible for your reward, you must link your 2K, Platform, and NBA ID accounts, as well as reach Level 40 before the end of Season 3.
3. I’ve linked my 2K and NBA ID accounts, how do I link my Platform account?
To link your platform account, please click on the “Link Platform Account” button in Step 3. This will take you to your 2K Portal. Please connect the platform account that you use to play NBA 2K26.
4. When will I receive my Elevated Reward?
Rewards are available from January 13, 2026 and must be redeemed via the “what’s new in NBA 2K26” message platform on NBA 2K26’s main menu by 11:59:59 PM PST on Sep 1, 2026. Limited to 1 redemption per player.
