Collect current and historic versions of NBA arenas to use as your MyTEAM home arena. Select any Arena card from your collection to set that arena as your home arena. Go to the Franchise tab in the LINEUPS MANAGEMENT menu to make your selection.

Upgrade or add badges to your player cards to improve their play or add new abilities. To customize a players badges select the Apply Badges option in the Lineups menu. You can add a bronze badge to an empty slot, upgrade a bronze badge with a silver one, or upgrade a silver with a gold version. You can even earn Hall of Fame level badges that max out from any level as rewards throughout the mode. Some badges are restricted to certain players based on their position and play style.

Customize the look of your MyTEAM Franchise with designer basketballs for your home games. Collect solid-color, multi-color, art balls, team balls, and limited-edition seasonal basketballs to customize your MyTEAM franchise. Your home court ball can be set in the Franchise tab in the LINEUPS MANAGEMENT menu.

Coaches have special abilities that trigger in game. Each Coach Card has a special ability that will trigger during a game when the right conditions are met. Check the back of the Coach Card, Coaching Menu, or Collection to see what the ability does and how to trigger it. You can swap your Coach with one in the Coaching tab on the LINEUPS MANAGEMENT menu.

You can change the look of your court floor by adding a court floor card in the Franchise menu. You can change your court floor by going to the Franchise tab in the LINEUPS MANAGEMENT menu and selecting a floor. You can mix and match from any of the court floor cards in your collection.

Evolution cards can be upgraded into better versions of that player. Each star on the bottom of an Evolution card represents an upgrade level that card can achieve by completing goals to evolve. Some evolution levels will allow you to choose between two sets of bonuses. You can find the evolution requirements and track your progress in the EDIT PLAYER menu.

Free Agent cards are limited-use Player cards that disappear after five games are played. Free Agent cards allow you to use a Player temporarily to gain a boost in MyTEAM games. Once you've played 5 games with the card it will be gone forever.

Cards can be graded to increase their value. Head over to the MyTEAM Authenic Card Grading Service menu and send your cards out to be graded. Grading cards will increase their values. Don't like a grade? You can now regrade cards up to 3 times!

Collect holo versions of your favorite NBA players. There are holo versions of your favorite NBA player card in market packs and even rewards. You can acquire them by opening packs, or earning Rewards in MyTEAM. Holo cards have an increased value when they are sold.

Injury cards allow you to speed up the healing of an injury. Player injuries will heal over time as your player misses games. If you want to get your injured player back on the floor sooner you can use injury cards to cut time off of the recovery. The number of games cut off the recovery time will be visible on the card.

Customize your MyTEAM Franchise by picking your favorite NBA logo. All 30 NBA team logos as well as a ton of historic NBA logos are available in the mode. You can set any logo card you own as the logo for your MyTEAM or use the Create-a-Team cards to design your own. Set your logo on the Franchise tab of the MANAGE LINEUPS menu.

You can earn a free card based on your MyPLAYER. Head to the MyTEAM area in MyCAREER and get a card based on your MyPLAYER to help you get started playing MyTEAM. This card cannot be upgraded or gain new attributes.

Playbooks allow you to choose the plays your team runs. When you select a playbook that you own in the Coaching tab of the LINEUPS MANAGEMENT menu you can access any of the plays contained within during games.

Player cards represent versions of NBA players past and present. Collect new players by opening packs or earning rewards. Players have an overall (OVR) value and gem based on their attributes. From Gold through to Dark Matter.

Find prize basketballs as throughout MyTEAM that can break open and award a prize. Prize balls have a chance to break open and award a prize after every win. Each time you complete a game, win or lose, the odds of the ball breaking after your next win increase. Prize balls can be set in the Franchise tab in the LINEUPS MANAGEMENT menu as your home court ball.

Reward cards are earned by playing MyTEAM or participating in NBA 2K24 Seasons. Game modes and events offer unique Reward cards updated each Season. Use Seasonal Tokens to obtain Reward cards in the TOKEN MARKETtab of the the PACK MARKET menu.

Shoes boost a Player Card's attributes for a number of game and can be customized in the SHOE LAB. Shoes can be customized to fit your player's needs. Shoes have more attributes and longer game duration depending on their tier. Diamond Shoes will never wear out. Replace Shoe Boosts on your favorite shoe card to make your own custom shoes in the MT SHOE LAB.

Starter cards are Evo cards representing young talent to develop as you play. You got a Starter card in your Starter Kit. You can fully evolve your first Starter card right away to earn another one! Check out the Evolution option in the EDIT PLAYER menu for the requirements to get started.

Create custom logo, uniforms, court floor, and arenas with Team Creation cards. After unlocking Team Creation cards by completing Welcome to MyTEAM Agenda Groups, you can customize your MyTEAM by designing your own logo, uniforms, court floor, and arena. You can find these options under the Franchise tab on the LINEUPS MANAGEMENT menu.

Uniform cards let you set the look of your team on the court by choosing your favorite NBA or custom uniforms. Each MyTEAM Lineup can choose three uniforms. Set your uniform preferences in the Franchise tab on the LINEUPS MANAGEMENT menu.
