Q: There’s a new NBA 2K mobile game available. Is NBA 2K24 MyTEAM an all-new mobile game that replaces any of the existing NBA 2K mobile experiences?

NBA 2K24 MyTEAM is an all-new game that offers a new way to play and upgrade YOUR lineup and collection in your favorite NBA simulation console game on the go. With MyTEAM, you can assemble a roster of your favorite NBA players from any era and dominate the competition.

Q: Will I be able to experience NBA 2K gameplay with MyTEAM cards?
A: NBA 2K24: MyTEAM gives you the ability to take your MyTEAM lineup onto the court in both Single Player and Multiplayer MyTEAM game modes with NBA 2K gameplay. Multiplayer games will be played against other players on Mobile devices.
Q: What does cross-progression between console and mobile consist of?
A: Log in to NBA 2K24 MyTEAM with your PlayStation or Xbox account to seamlessly sync all progress across console and Mobile devices. Redeem locker codes, claim rewards, and acquire the latest players from your mobile device.
Console-syncing is not available between Mobile and PC, or Mobile and Nintendo Switch.
iOS - You must authenticate with your PlayStation or Xbox account to enable cross-progression between mobile and console - play, progress, and enjoy content everywhere. If you login with Guest, Game Center, or Apple, your progress, content, and currencies will be available on your mobile device only.
Android - You must authenticate with your PlayStation or Xbox account to enable cross-progression between mobile and console - play, progress, and enjoy content everywhere. If you login with Google, your progress, content, and currencies will be available on your mobile device only.
Q: Is Season Pass progression shared between console and mobile?
A: You must log in to NBA 2K24 Mobile using your PlayStation or Xbox account and have installed and logged in to NBA 2K24 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, or Xbox One in order to enable cross-progression of the Season Pass between mobile and console. Season Pass Progression can only be synced with the same PlayStation or Xbox account you have used to log in to NBA 2K24 Mobile.
Q: Are Virtual Currency (VC) and MyTEAM Points (MTP) shared between console and mobile?
A: Once a user has logged in to NBA 2K24 MyTEAM using their PlayStation or Xbox account, they will see the exact same balance on console and mobile. So any MTPs or VC you get on mobile can be accessed in the console version of NBA 2K24 using the same console account (and vice versa).
Q: I logged in using Game Center / Apple / etc. Can I link my PlayStation/Xbox console account later?
A: You must authenticate with your PlayStation or Xbox account to enable cross-progression between mobile and console. If you start playing with a mobile account (e.g. Game Center), you will not be able to link that mobile account with your PlayStation or Xbox account later.
Q: Are the Badges the same as the console version of NBA 2K24?
A: Badges in NBA 2K24: MyTEAM are based on the Badges in NBA 2K24 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Q: What are the device and OS compatibility requirements?
A: Requires Apple device compatible with iOS 14 or later, or Android Vulkan compatible device with at least 4 GB RAM and Android OS 9.0 or higher (please visit the Google Play Store page on your device for the most accurate compatibility check).
