Download NBA 2K24 and log in before the end of September, 2023.

Head to the main menu "What's New" carousel and look for the Trendsetter asset, this will have a MyTEAM Exchange card attached to it.

Next you'll need to navigate to MyTEAM to exchange this card for your rewards. Select MyTEAM from the main menu, and go through the MyTEAM introduction if you have not already.

Go to the "Unopened Packs" section and open the pack that contains your "Trendsetter Exchange" card, now it's time to head to The Exchange.

In the Exchange, your "Trendsetter Exchange" card should be the first in the list. Select the “Trendsetter Exchange" card from your collection and complete the exchange by pressing and holding your action button.

When the Exchange is complete your rewards will automatically be added to your account!

At the start of Season 2 and Season 3, head back to the main menu and look that season's asset and repeat the above steps for your seasonal rewards.
